7. Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, meat products cannot be returned.

For other products such as wigs or clothing, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused and reported within 48 hours.

 

8. What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive something different from what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours
Send your order details and a photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement or solution as soon as possible.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is made.

Once payment has been processed and the order is prepared for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

 

12. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled after payment

 

Refunds are not issued for change of mind.
