Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery Method

Mabodiba Herbal Products uses PAXI as our primary delivery service. All orders are sent to your selected PAXI collection point for convenient pickup.

 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the PAXI rates. The cost will depend on:

  • The size and weight of your parcel
  • Your selected PAXI collection point
  • The delivery option (Standard or Express, when available)

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times using PAXI:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 business days

 

Please note:
Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, and PAXI operational delays.

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a PAXI tracking number via SMS. You can track your order through the PAXI website, PAXI WhatsApp, or at any PAXI point.

 

6. Collection of Parcels

  • You will be notified by PAXI when your parcel arrives at your chosen collection point.
  • Please bring your ID or proof of the tracking code when collecting.
  • Parcels must be collected within the timeframe specified by PAXI to avoid returns.

 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure your details and chosen PAXI point are correct. Mabodiba Herbal Products is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

 

8. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • PAXI network issues
  • High-volume seasons
  • National holidays
  • Unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, weather conditions)

We will always assist where possible to follow up with PAXI.

 

9. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the required time and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-delivery fees
  • Any additional costs charged by PAXI
